When our clients hire us, they are hiring us to capture images that tell a story of who they are, not just what they look like. From pinning your Grandmother's handkerchief onto your dress, to putting on your something blue, we are there to make sure not one moment is missed. We love decor, dresses, and all the details, but we really love the smiles, the laughs, and the cries (even the ugly ones) that come with them.
Our goal is to connect with our clients and provide them with an authentic, gratifying experience that doesn't feel like a "portrait session" at all. In fact, many of our clients tell us they feel like they've known us forever, and with all the laughing and chatting, it didn't even feel like a photoshoot was happening.

Hi! My name is Iris, like the flower, not the eye :-) I'm a portrait photographer living in paradise, AKA Key West, Florida. I love to light, laughing, color and cotton candy skies. Oh, and I'm obsessed with anything that's an animal.
I wake up everyday with a heart and soul full of gratitude for living this surreal life in the southernmost city of the Continental U.S. with my two fur babies - Butters and Biscuit.

Arlette has worked as Iris's main 2nd shooter for over 7 years. Born and raised in Key West, Arlette has a love and understanding for the island unlike anyone you'll meet. Arlette works almost every wedding with Iris to ensure the day goes by without a worry. From second shooting to assisting, to the occasional lead shooter to cover for Iris, Arlette's has multiple roles.
Nicknamed "The Ninja", Arlette specializes in candid, documentary style coverage of our groomsmen. She makes those "I don't like picture" grooms into "Hey, that was actually kinda fun". When she's not working with Iris, she's day trading crypto!

Using my creativity, love for storytelling and obsession with mother nature, I started a photography business, specializing in capturing FUN, LOVE & HAPPY - three of my favorite things!
I'm beyond appreciative of every opportunity I get to meet and photograph people from all over the world. For me, taking photos isn't just about showing others what they can already see; it's about finding and highlighting all the natural beauty and happiness behind beautiful human interaction. All of which is often overlooked or taken for granted.
My style of photography is different in that I prefer to capture my subjects with a natural, lifestyle-like approach. While we do direct and make sure there are no awkward hands or double chins (I see you bad angles), my images are meant to tell you a story of who you are, not just what you look like.

They are ALL Iris Moore Photo approved for level of amazingness and most importantly, FUN. Iris of course does her amazing magic on the edit side, and it's a perfect combo for when she's not available! She also offers discounted rate on all packages that her associates shoot, but with the same guaranteed beautiful work you see on her website and Instagram.

Bailey is an associate shooter for portrait sessions and weddings here at Iris Moore Photography. She is so fun to work with and is always making everyone smile and laugh. She is a great addition to the team, and we are very lucky to have her when she is available!
Chris is also a Key West Conch - born and raised. His creative eye for portrait work is what sets his portfolio apart. His use of color and light makes him a perfect fit for our team. You can find him second shooting for Iris Moore Photography, lead shooting or or working on interior design for homes. He has a beautiful eye for posing that is seamless and natural. Make sure to check out his Dreamscape series if you love Key West sunsets.
Isabelle is our fourth Key West native on the team. She splits her time in California and Key West, photographing a wide range of portrait, lifestyle and commercial work for her business Photos in Wonderland. Her architectural work has been featured in Architectural Digest, as her attention to detail and composition is unmatched. We are lucky to have her second shoot and lead when she is available and in town.
Cristina has been shooting with our team for almost a year now. She started as a fill in associate photographer for second shooting, and is now lead shooting portrait sessions and elopements. You will most likely find her second shooting for Iris or another lead associate on the team. She makes a great addition, plus, she can sew! Which has come in handy at a few events!
Lona is our third conch on the team (born and raised in Key West). She has been photographing weddings (Blueye Images) longer than anyone on the team, including Iris! In fact, she mentored Iris when she first started in the business almost 10 years ago. These days, she is a full-time boy mom, so she opts to second shoot for Iris or lead associate shoot for our team so she can spend more time with her munchkins. She's a dream to work with and makes Iris Moore Photo even that much stronger!

Behind the Scenes
When I'm not working, I spend a lot of time on and under the water. I love diving, shell collecting, attempting to surf and everything else on the water. It's a whole different world that I love to keep exploring when I can. My other hobby is being a dog-mom to my beautiful little Cavalier boys, Sir Biscuit & Mr. Butters. They are the best office assistants and snugglers!
