Iris's associate packages come with the ability to make custom hourly coverage collections that suit your needs. Just ask and we will do our best to accommodate any size event!

The Details
You will work with Iris the entire planning process. She and her team will be there to answer any questions you have.
At around 60 days out from your event, iris will set up a digital meeting for you and her associates to meet and go over all the details.

01. The Booking Process
All of your contracts, emails, questionnaires, payments, timelines, etc. will all be located in one online portal that you will receive upon booking. To make things official, our booking specialist, Chelsea will be in contact to get all the information she needs to draft up and send over a proposal and payment link to your 25% non-refundable deposit.
With so many different vendors to book and keep track of, we will keep things as streamlined as possible.
02. Let the Fun Begin
Included will be a copy of my Iris Moore Bridal Guide magazine with TONS of pages of helpful wedding information to get you started. From preparing for your engagement session to a sample wedding day timeline, we’ve got you covered. If you’re looking for vendor recommendations, we are MORE than happy to share some of our favs. Just ask when you book!
Once your wedding date is secure, be on the lookout for a little something fun coming to you in the mail.
03. Engagement Shoot
This is one of my favorite parts of the planning because we finally get to meet IRL and hang out! If you’re able to make it to Key West for your session, we will go on a “Photo Safari” around the island, hitting some of our favorite iconic spots. You’ll quickly see why this shoot is a client favorite- even for our photo-loathing grooms!
If an engagement session is part of your package, now is the time to start planning on when you’d like to do this.
04. Preparing
This will include all the details I need to get your photography timeline going - family photos, photo requests, special circumstances, etc. This will help insure everything goes just how you want it to on your special day and what parts of your day we will be there to capture and if you want to add more coverage to your package.
2-3 months leading to your wedding day, I will send you a comprehensive wedding questionnaire.
05. Your Wedding Day
Our job is to worry about all of that and take care of the details. Just show up, and we’ve got the rest handled. I typically start with the bride and stick with her throughout the entire pre-wedding process. My 2nd shooter will go to the guys, and act as their candid photographer and “wrangler” to keep everyone on schedule. Again, no need to worry about what time it is - we’ve got it all under control!
Finally!!! All your hard work has paid off and it’s time to PARTY! Your job on this day is to forget about timelines, questionnaires, lists, agendas and just ENJOY.
06. After Your Wedding
We won’t bother you during this time, but rest assured we will be working hard at loading and sorting through your photos. Over the next two weeks or so, I will put together a sneak peek gallery of a handful of favorite images from your special day. Your entire online gallery will be delivered within 10-12 weeks of your wedding date. Until then, make sure you take the time to enjoy your status as newlyweds!
Many of you will enjoy a few additional days off the grid enjoying a mini or honeymoon.
07. Wedding Gallery
You can share the link with friends and family, all of whom can download and share, as well. You have two years to make sure you download your photos and double back them up on a hard drive, or two.
All of our collections come with edited digital images delivered in a private online gallery that is extremely easy to navigate.
08. Wedding Albums
Sometimes this takes a few weeks to get to, as our schedule can get busy during season. However, once we start the process, I’ll give you all the details on how to pick your photos and edit all the drafts. But, make sure you complete this within a year of your gallery delivery date, as prices change and we have to adjust accordingly. If your package did not include a wedding album, you can always add one on, a la carte at any time, or even get one as a gift for your parents!
If your package includes a wedding album, we will begin the album designing process as soon as you are ready.

I was so lucky to come across Iris and her work while researching and planning our elopement. While in the planning stages Iris was so timely in all her responses as we went back and forth about the different questions I had about the packages she offered. Iris’s associate team was clear, precise and timely in the changes we wished to have and their responses. Although Iris could not shoot our elopement, she had two wonderful associate photographers who were available. We quickly booked! As time went on, being out of state and planning was becoming difficult but Iris, her team and the organization they possess made that process so seamless. Once that was finished we had our photography itinerary within the following couple of days.
Iris introduced us to Bailey and Chris- the associate photographers who would be capturing our day.
Our day was INCREDIBLE. Bailey and Chris made us feel so special and made the entire process calm and stress free. They went above and beyond and even drove the groom and two of our witnesses back to our stay following completion of the ceremony. It was so wonderful working with Iris’ associate team. They captured everything we wished for and more. Our photos are absolutely stunning and we are so lucky to have them to look back on and to remember our special day.

Iris was not available the day of my wedding but told me she had two associate photographers who could shoot my big day. I was not even the slightest hesitant as I trusted Iris after see her portfolio.
On the day of our wedding, Bailey instantly made my feel comfortable. She helped me every step of the way. From keeping my nerves under control to keeping me on track. When Chris and my groom, Matt arrived, I knew it was the same for Matt and Chris. Matt seemed so comfortable and you could just tell he trusted Chris. Chris and Bailey were a magnificent team and caught every important photo on your wedding day. The album was delivered and it was everything we ever dreamed of.
After the wedding, Bailey and I even developed a relationship and keep in touch. I will most definitely use them again for future photos!

Arlette was Iris Moore Photography’s first associate shooter on the team, almost 10 years ago. Born and raised in Key West, Arlette is an island girl at heart. Nicknamed "The Ninja", Arlette specializes in candid, documentary style coverage, especially for our grooms. She makes those "I don't like picture" grooms into "Hey, that was actually kinda fun". When she's not shooting photography, she's day trading crypto! She’s an OG associate and beyond talented!
Chelsea is usually the first person you talk to when reaching out to Iris Moore Photography. From contracts to vendor referrals, Chelsea is your girl. She has been working with Iris long enough to know all the ins and outs of the office here at Iris Moore Photo! You may even see her out second shooting/assisting in the field.

Chris is also a Key West conch - born and raised on the island. His creative eye for portrait works is what sets his portfolio apart. His use of color and light makes him a perfect fit for our team. His calm, easy going nature keeps even the most high-stressed client at ease. Hela is our fourth conch on the team. Her energy, attention to detail and creativity make her so amazing to work with. She shoots a lot of elopements and portrait sessions for the team. You can even find her second shooting at weddings or leading. She has her own photography business that she continues to build along with raising four children! She is a busy woman, so when we can have her, we are thankful.

Isabelle is an incredible portrait photographer that has an eye for making all things look gorgeous. Growing up in the keys, her calm and kind energy matches that of an island vibe that is much needed for a wedding day. She travels a lot, photographing a wide range of portrait, lifestyle and commercial work for her business Photos in Wonderland. Her architectural work has been featured in Architectural Digest, as her attention to detail and composition is unmatched. We are lucky to have her lead & second shoot when she is in town and available.
Lona is our additional conch on the team (born and raised in Key West). She has been photographing weddings (Blueye Images) longer than anyone on the team, including Iris! In fact, she mentored Iris when she first started in the business almost 10 years ago. These days, she is a full-time boy mom, so she opts to second shoot for Iris or lead associate shoot for our team so she can spend more time with her munchkins. She's a dream to work with and makes Iris Moore Photo even that much stronger!

Alana joins us from Orlando, after having spent some time in California shooting for a well renowned wedding/portrait photographer. She has a wonderful eye for portrait photography, making all of our couples look SO dang cute. She second shoots and lead shoots for our team, specializing in couples and intimate elopements. Her use of light and documentary style soft posing makes for the perfect captures of intimate events.
Cristina joins us from Romania! She has a great editorial flare in her work, with an emphasis on candid, documentary style shooting. She leads and second shoots and makes a great addition to the team, plus, she can sew! Which has come in handy at a few events!
